How do I find Leonardo Da Vinci in Assassin's Creed 2 when you need to turn in the 30 codex pages?

I mention that before having the 30 pages, I went to Leonardo's VILLA and after that went to collect the rest of the pages.But now he is impossible to be found.i went everywhere around the game , in every possible corner but he's nowhere.
