What are the levels and qualities of conscience?

I would say that the levels are not clearly separated but is rather a spectrum from no-consciousness to ecstatic consciousness. It doesn't possess quality itself as it's purpose is to attribute quality to external things (anything except itself). Conscience is like a blank paper, it can be clear or black, the value of the paper depends on what is on it.
