How to get rid of these skin colored bumps on my nose?

I've been having these skin colored bumps on my nose lately. I've had some for a couple of years now but for some odd reason this summer i notice more of them. i figured the one or two that i had already were going to disappear since it didnt bother me as much but now i notice more little ones and im getting worried. I'm very self conscience about them and i was going to visit my dermatologist soon. I tried doing some research and notice i'm not the only one with this problem. Some say i can remove them by laser from a plastic surgeon or dermatologist....idk...im really stressing about what to do and not to do...
