If beuthanasia was used ( a pink liquid) it is an over dose of an anesthetic which means they pass very quickly. We do have some people ask that a sedative is given before hand. It is usally for the owners sake, it helps them to know that the pet doesn't feel anything. I'm very sorry for you loss, but it sounds like she had a very easy passing.
