Is it safe to take methotrexate and plaquenil when you have MGUS?

I have Sjogrens, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, spinal and cervical stenosis. I also suffer from chronic migraine headaches. Recently, I was diagnosed with MGUS IgG lambda monoclonal protein. My hematologist-oncologist told me that the results of my tests and biopsy-- it will most likely progress into multiple myeloma within 3-5 years or less. Needless to say I am frightened. The medications that I am currently taking makes a person more prone to developing lymphomas. I just want to know if anyone out there has any advice for me. Thank you for listening.
