If a first grader said u were "sort of ugly" would you believe them?

i work with kids, in a elementary school. I would consider my self a pretty girl- but i can be really self conscience. Well the other day one of the first graders, said i was sort of ugly. I legit almost threw up. I was so upset. I dont think im ugly at all? Should i trust his opinion because kids are supposivly honest? Would u trust a childs opinion?
