Should I go for it or should I avoid it?

This girl that I've been flirting with told me she was a virgin and i'm not sure i wanna hit that cause if I do not will she probably want a relationship out of it but It would completely ruin my chances with her friend, on the other hand this girl is bangin and to tap that before anyone else would be sweet. Also my conscience says don't cause it hella mean to her. What should I do?
