Why does my boyfriend always squeeze my belly?

my boyfriend and i will be laying down, sitting, or hugging, and he always squeezes, pinches or grabs my belly. i am not fat or anything, but i do have enough chub to grab. and he always makes it jiggle. i am conscience about my belly and he knows that.
