What size should my breast be?

I'm thinking of getting a breast reduction.Due to a medication in my early teen years that cause me to gain almost 200lbs,i feel my breast do not fit my body and has cause some back problems.I have a Petite figure with wide hips,i'm small on top but wider from hips down.i'm 5'4 with a rib cage of 30inches.I was flat chest when my period start and when put on the medication.at 19 they took me off the medication and i was down to 148 pounds by 20.i was wondering what size i should of been.after google searching and finding nothing to help,i came here.i know i should be smaller and i'm self consciences of how big they are cause they don't fit.my back is also affect.i have a small frame on top.anyone with a ideal of what size i should be please response.serious answers please.i'm a fragile built.i'm very delicate and sickly looking
